Guided Archaeology walk on Papay, with the Papay Ranger

Starts at 9.15am – all day
This is an Orkney Archaeology Festival special event. Jonathan, the Papay Ranger, is running an adapted tour focusing on the archaeology of Papay, including the Knap of Howar and a boat trip out to the Holm of Papay, home of a 5000 year old chambered cairn, accessible via a ladder.
This is a full day event and you will need to make your own arrangements to travel. For travel details please see the end of the programme. You are welcome to bring your lunch, although lunch can be provided at £7,50pp.
